The construction of this arena began on 6th February 1998 and was completed in time for the public to welcome it on 31st December 1999. This arena was known as American Airlines Arena, FTX Arena, and Miami-Dade Arena. Kaseya purchased the naming rights in April 2023 and named the arena as Kaseya Center.
